How to Order

Step 1: Reference Art

The best way to communicate what you want is through art. We require proper reference art providing two to three clear views of your character design from different perspectives. The reference art must be submitted with your request for a quote. If you do not have a fursuit reference sheet, you may contact us for an art commission.

Step 2: Submit a Quote

Complete our quote form and submit it with your reference sheet. You will receive an emailed quote and be notified if your project has been accepted.

A quote is an estimated cost to build a product and will NOT reserve a place for you in the commission queue. A quote has a lifespan of six months and will need to be reassessed if allowed to become stale.

Step 3: Down Payment

After we receive your 50% NON-REFUNDABLE down payment, we will start gathering materials and begin work on your project.

Step 4: Measurements

We require a Duct Tape Dummy (DTD) for all full body fursuits (padded or not). We have a duct tape dummy tutorial available for your convenience. There are many good tutorials available on YouTube. Mark your DTD where your elbows, waist, hips, and knees are, so ensure accuracy of measurements. Please inform us how you would like your costume to fit. A snug fit will be somewhat restrictive, and a looser fit allows more flexibility. You are responsible for completing and mailing out the DTD in a timely manner. We will not be accountable for a poor fitting costume due to incorrect measurements taken from the dummy.

Step 5: Creation

Depending upon our queue and the complexity of your project, a fursuit may take from 1-6 months to complete. Fur colour approval will be finalized prior to the build. Swatches of fur options will be purchased, if needed, to ensure a close fit with the character. Keep in mind that some fur colours and/or fur length options are not always obtainable. We will provide the best options available for you to approve in your project.

Step 6: Shipping

Shipping fees are calculated at the end of the build to ensure a fair price. Weight, size of the box and shipping options all play into the cost. All shipping options will be provided, and the client must agree on which option best suits their needs. Products are shipped out via Canada Post. Tracking numbers and insurance will be provided. Once the parcel has left Canada, we have no control over when the package arrives. We do not cover any additional custom’s fees that your country may place on the parcel.
